The Patented Kindercore Tease…
Hey all you dudes and ladies of the internets, I am back with a quick update on all things Kindercore…
SITE UPDATES COMING SOON!!
The self aware Kinderweb mainframe is toiling away so that we can soon open our online store and start pumping out comics, music and shirts to the masses (that’s you!!). Look for more word on this in a week (or so).
BANDS MAKE MUSIC!!
• I just got word that Ruby Isle have been holed up recording some crosscontinental jams (including some crazy covers) to be released digitally in the coming days (or weeks). No official details but be on the look out for the Isle popping up with free tracks in strange places.
• USSR just wrapped mixing and mastering on a handful of tracks that should be making their way to your ears in the coming weeks (or months). You are advised to be on the lookout for dancey freakouts with hearts of darkness.
BANDS PLAY SHOWS!!
After a killer string of midatlantic dates this summer King of Prussia are now planning a fall tour to coincide with the Kindercore/Green Room Music Source CMJ Showcase at Fat Baby on Friday October 19th.
The full lineup for the CMJ showcase includes our own Ruby Isle, King of Prussia and USSR as well as other artists booked by Green Room (whose names I don’t currently know or else I would list them here). More info on that coming soon!
READING, IT’S WHAT’S FOR DINNER!!
In case you didn’t know there is always something new to read in the Kindercore gallery of unrequested opinions. Peep it regularly for truth, magic and understanding.
SAUCER FULL OF SEACREST!!
• With the release of the Trouble Revolution comic and music anthology (which is amazing if I do say so myself and will be onsale in the Kindercore store as soon as it opens - see above) plans have begun forming for another cross media project. Again no official deets just yet but let’s just say that it will be another throwback to a popular past Kindercore compilation project.
• In other seacrest news there is a super seacrest project in the works for release in the coming months (or years) from a band whose name I can’t tell you. Awesome huh? I knew you would be excited.
RYAN SAYS GOODBYE FOR NOW!!
I hope you all have a lovely weekend…
THNX
