If there is one band that defined the early Kindercore sound, it would have to be Masters of the Hemisphere. The Masters delivered three perfect indiepop records with a style and sense of humor that were truly unique. Their songwriting culminated with the track "Anything Anything" which may as well be considered the Kindercore theme song. Be sure to check out the bizarre "Freemdoom" a concept album about a talking dog's attempt to corner the market on breathing apparatus on an entirely water covered planet. Seriously, that's what it is about.
